Summary: An alien race has hit the Earth in an unrelenting assault, unbeatable by any military unit in the world. Major William Cage (Cruise) is an officer who has never seen a day of combat when he is unceremoniously dropped into what amounts to a suicide mission. Thank goodness the 1080p version is alive and well too.
I’ll have to compare this to the 1080p BDRemux and see if it’s better.
I remember when the Home Alone 4K WEB-DL was floating around, before the UHD disc came out, and I compared it to the 1080p BD and the 1080p BD was better.
You have to find a scene that has potential white clipping.
Usually a light bulb or something.
Then you can compare.
A lot of WEB HDR is junk.
They just process it super fast and put it out.
Thus UHD discs have better HDR mapping.
Also noticed this has the DTS-HD MA 7.1 like the DB does.
The DEFLATE 4k WEB-DL has DD+ 5.1 with Atmos.
